ACE respectfully acknowledges that the areas in which we operate, in what we call Alberta, are on the traditional and ancestral territories of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 and Six Regions of the Métis Nation of Alberta. We are grateful for the Indigenous, First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations and for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us.
