We are presently going through unprecedented times; with mandatory closures of public and private facilities, constraints put on personal and business travel and many people being told to work from home due to a global concern for the health and wellness of people around the world. This is a drastic change to what we understand to be normal. But considering what is happening, these steps are required to slow the spread of COVID-19.
We would like to provide some insight into what you can expect from us during this health crisis.
Customer Care:
Our customer care centre, located in Calgary, has committed to continue normal working hours to ensure all activities proceed as normal. We do not offer any walk-in services, so they are continuing to operate as normal.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm
Self-Service - My Account:
Through our website, ACEnergy.ca, we offer a self-service portal called - My Account. This portal provides you access to your account with ACE including all your historical statements and additional information about your energy consumption. You can find My Account by clicking “More” on the site’s navigation bar.
