Alberta Co-operative Energy provides an essential service to the residence of Alberta. We continue to operate at full capacity to ensure Albertans have their energy needs met as we all work together to get through this challenging time.
Due to the Alberta Government's recent announcement - https://www.alberta.ca/covid-19-supports-for-albertans.aspx the industry, including Alberta Co-operative Energy, participated in Alberta Utility Commission (AUC) stakeholder meeting to understand the details around this relief program. Unfortunately, the relief program has many things that need to be worked-out. Additional meetings with industry stakeholders are planned, and we should know more in the days and weeks ahead.
